How to setup colocation for judgement phase

In order to enable colocation and SSA, we need to add meta email account on the developer hub website. How should we do this for this hackathon?

    I wish I had seen and answered this sooner before the deadline. For future ref, you can create an invite link for private test channels. That’s what I did for my submission
