[Noob Question] Launching Meta XR Simulator on Native

I was reading this tutorial https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/native/xrsim-native/

It seems like the setup progress has changed quite a bit from when the documentation is written. I try to find more resources on it but on youtube it really only have tutorials for the unity setup. I managed to install the Meta XR Simulator, but can't find resources on how to launch it or any resources that I can read up on will be appreciated\

    Which operating system are you using? It's not available on MacOS. On Windows, you can activate the simulator in Unity by going to Oculus -> Meta XR Simulator -> Activate, then under Synthetic Environment Server -> (choose a room). I hope this helps.

    I am using window and is using native way to setup deprecated. Because I found some information on using unity to set up the simulator but nothing on Native other than that meta article

    From the Meta Support Team in Discord:
    To activate Meta's XR simulator all you need to do is click on the following in the toolbar: Occulus -> Meta XR Simulator -> Activate.
